Yoga Therapy is a
custom-designed private session that utilizes the hands on healing
techniques and benefits of Embodiment Therapy while you rest into very
supported yoga poses. Your therapist will select the yoga poses and yoga
therapy techniques that are specific to your individual needs.
Using props, alignment and adjustments your therapist will physically
support you in the yoga poses that she/he selects specifically for you. This
direct support is coupled with other therapeutic techniques so you can get
more benefit in a shorter time period.
Additionally, your therapist will coach you through a process of
self-understanding, to help you explore the mental/emotional patterning that
may be related to your physical challenges.
Yoga therapy provides deep physical openings that creates ease and comfort
in the body and mind.
