Beginning Meditation Series

Meditation is one of the most powerful techniques to improve mental, emotional and physical well-being. Join Ann for this three session workshop to explore the basics of meditation. We will find your comfortable seated posture and explore a variety of techniques for meditation to find the one that works the best for you. Each 2 hour session builds on the previous session so it is important to attend all three sessions.  This series provides you with the tools needed to begin an easy and satisfying meditation practice.

New Moon Meditation 
 
Sunday July 13th 6:30-8pm
Sunday August 3rd 6:30-8pm

The new moon signifies the beginning of the bright half of the month. The most auspicious time to bring new projects and creative efforts into the world. By working with the natural cycles of our world we deepen our connection to the Self and are able to flow with grace. We will chant and meditate together as a community. No experience is necessary.

Full Moon Meditation
 
Sunday June 15th 6:30-8pm
Sunday July 20th 6:30-8pm

The full moon signifies the beginning of the dark half of the month. The  time to turn inward and let your ideas germinate. By working with the natural cycles of our world we deepen our connection to the Self and are able to flow with grace. We will chant and meditate together as a community. No experience is necessary.
